Returns & Exchanges

We are currently not taking any returns, however we do allow exchanges if there are any manufacturing defects listed below.

At Aya Shuqair Designs, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you believe you have received a defective item, we will gladly process a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@ayasdesigns.com. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for items that are unused and have defects.

Please note that claims for products with defects must be made within 5 days after the product is received. Any claims made after 5 days will not be accepted.

Normal wear and tear (ex. wear holes, pilling, snags on fabric)
Accidental damage (ex. washing machine, torn,)
Shrinkage (due to not following care instruction)
Stains from washing or using
